Methodology

The study used a mixed-methods approach, combining a questionnaire with 104 respondents and 11 semi-structured interviews to capture both breadth and depth. Learner acceptance was evaluated using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), focusing on perceived usefulness, ease of use and intention to continue using AI tools.
